30 combi-welding work centers are equipped for MIG-, MAG-, TIG- welding and inverter spot welding operations. These centers are equipped with Demmeler tables and specially designed toolings to guarantee accurate finishing.
On top of our manual work centers, we also have 5 automated Valk Welding Robot Cells equipped with electric turntables.
The Trumpf TruLaser Robot 5020 is a state-of-the-art laser welding robot which offers heat conduction welding, deep penetration welding and FusionLine in one machine. FusionLine allows to connect components with gaps which would not be possible to be welded by regular welding methods. The laser welding robot helps us to save costs for our customers as this way of welding creates a beautifully rounded and smooth seam. The need to grind the seams has been eliminated.
