Surface treatments – powder and wet painting

With 3 conveyor coating installations, METES-METECH offers powder coating and wet painting on parts up to 2500x2500x1000mm. These installations are equipped with iron-phosphate based pre-treatment. The pre-treatment in combination with a wide range of powder types and colours guarantees a high quality level.

We can efficiently handle all batch sizes. Thanks to our automatic painting chambers we save costs on all painting jobs. Our installation is also equipped with quick change spray boots to efficiently handle colour changes which especially reduces the costs for small batch sizes.

For product brand labelling or other esthetical finishes we offer in-house screen printing.

Other treatments are possible in combination with our certified partners.

To ensure the highest quality of painting we constantly check our painted parts. Visual inspection with extra lighting allows us to immediately spot minor irregularities and laboratory testing like layer thickness measurements and CIELAB colour measurements ensure that the painting is conforming the specs.
