Assembly & Testing

METES-METECH has integrated multiple mechanical assembly types into its sheet metal production. We are equipped with hydraulic and pneumatic machines to tap thread, install self-clinching fasteners, blind rivet nuts, welding nuts, press nuts, press bolts, et cetera. We are also very experienced in the installation of foams, hinges, locks, et cetera on sheet metal parts.

More complex assembly and testing happens in a separated, dedicated clean area. Our well-trained operators have built a lot of experience in complex mechanical and electrical assembly of complete electrical components, units, cabinets and functionally tested machines allowing us to offer the total concept.
