Our CNC bending capacity of 11 Safan and 9 LVD press brake machines (ranging up to 220T and 4m), 1 RAS automatic bending centre and 1 CNC 4 rolling machine, is designed for high volume production as well as for the processing of complex and demanding prototypes.
Our advanced 3D CADCAM software allows us to offline prepare and simulate the most complex bending solutions. This significantly reduces setup times of the bending machines and guides the operator during the setup and bending process.
Based on one of our partner’s specific needs we have set up a dedicated robot to produce high quantities of a complex part. This automated centre offers automatic bending extended with an automatic PEMserter and camera surveillance to secure high performance at a low cost.
