• Analyzing and understanding of customers and projects requirements
• Open and interactive communication with customers in goal to provide best service
• Planning and giving guidelines for Price calculating and production preparing
• Determining the technology to produce parts and assemblies for Price calculations and production
• Project managing
• Technical support to production and customers
• Actively seeking for solutions to optimize production and reduce costs by redesigning parts, applying of new technologies and educating and training customers
• Construction and redesign of parts, tools and templates or calibers using SolidWorks
• Production prepairing and making documentation in company informatic system
• Updating datas in case of changes, new revisions, changing of technogies, optimizations
• Providing active input in Prototype/Pilot batch production
• Monitoring the production results and refers them to improvements (time analyses, design changes)
• Evaluating quality of produced parts according to customer requirements, communicate with customers in case of inconsistencies.
• Training and knowledge transfer to collegians, workers and associates
• Introduction of new technologies and their implementation in the production

• Master degree in Mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Economic approach and good understanding of the economic aspect
• Ability to understand customer requirements and to interact with and comprehend mechanical designs
• Analytical profile, detailed, quality seeker
• Dedicated to work and task accomplishment
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office knowledge is a must and user level of Solid Works
