• Creats the Customer orders in the system.
• Sends Order confirmations to the Customers and keeps the contacts with them.
• Managing the Shop orders.
• Realization of Shop orders according the time when product should be finished.
• Taking care that every product is finished on time, booked and in the stock.
• Planning transport.
• Planning the shipping day according the planning delivery dates, productions condition and value of the products per one transport.
• Making reservation of delivered goods.
• Cooperation with purchasing, sales, engineering and production.
• Coordination between logistics and production.
• Taking care of physical inventory of the warehouse

• VI or VII degree of technical orientation
• Experience is desirable but not necessary
• Knowledge of English
• Computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
• Ability to work responsibly and work effectively in a team
• Analytical profile, detailed, quality seeker
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions
