Our customers describe their needs, we develop and deliver a solution. Due to our future ambitious plans we need a proven professional who strives for challenges in a position of a:

• Daily monitoring bending production process (parts lists, monitoring the effect of the working groups and individual effect through the system).
• Improvement and optimization of the production process in terms of introducing new methods, changes to existing production processes, introduction of certain tools and accessories, etc.
• Solving technical issues in production, independently or in cooperation with the responsible engineer
• Follow up customer complains
• Follow up and improve Ergonomic of workers on their work places
• Set up system that control quality of workers job within the department
• Work on improvement of Quality and Efficiency results with dedicated teams and it superiors
• Conduct trainings of new employees

• University VI or VII degree with experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Ability to understand customer requirements
• Analytical profile, detailed, quality seeker
• Dedicated to work and task accomplishment
• Excellent computer skills – Good MS Office knowledge is an advantage
