When you apply to a job on this site, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Metech d.o.o. (“Controller”), which is located at Đure Salaja 17, Smederevo and can be contacted by emailing office@metech-srbija.rs. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing Controller’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Such processing is legally permissible under The Personal Data Protection Law („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 87/2018) (“Law”) as necessary for the purposes of the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.
Your personal data we might and will be collecting through this online application, your submitted CV and eventual recruitment procedure: name and surname, address, email, phone number, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, work permits, visas, occupation, type and degree of education, titles, data on skills and qualifications to perform certain jobs, knowledge of foreign languages, training, employment history, biography, driving skills, information on the job positions that the candidate performed prior to the application, type of previous employment, whether the candidate is a disabled worker or a pensioner, date of start, date of termination and reason for termination of previous employment, assessment of the knowledge and ability to perform the tasks on which the candidate applies. Controller may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address. Controller may also process certain categories of special types of personal data, such as health information or biometric data such as photography, in accordance with section 17 of the Law. Controller does not process any greater number or any other type of personal information than is necessary to fulfill the stated purpose.
When processing data, the Controller may make automated decisions necessary to conclude a contract between the candidate and the Controller. The logic of such assessment is to create a comprehensive profile of a candidate and it is expected to obtain an assessment of the candidates’ general inclinations and current psychological status. This automated decision is used as a part of a complete candidates’ evaluation, based on which a decision will be made to conclude a employment contract. You have the right to express your views on such a decision, as well as the right to challenge such a decision. Controller processes data for taking actions, at the request of the candidate, prior to the conclusion of the contract and/or upon the written consent of the candidate to process his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties, processors or sub-processors. Your personal data will not be transferred to other countries or international organizations.
Controller treats all data as a business secret, applying all available technical and organizational safeguards, in accordance with the Law and internal acts.
Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the Law, you have: the Right to Notice of Processing and Access: candidates have the right to be informed about the processing of their personal data and the right to access their personal information (which includes reviewing, reading, listening to data and taking notes); Right to receive a copy: candidates have the right to ask the Controller to issue a copy of the data; Candidates’ rights regarding access: upon access, candidates have the right to request from Controller to correct, supplement, update, delete data, as well as to limit processing, the right to object to processing, interruption and temporary suspension of processing; Transferability right: candidate may require Controller to transfer personal data to another controller when technically feasible, or when the personal data subject to the transfer request is in a structured and machine-readable format; the Right of withdrawal of consent, the candidate has the right to withdraw his / her consent at any time, in writing, provided that revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of consent processing prior to recall.
In addition, you may lodge a complaint with a Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection as a supervisory authority.
Your submission of data is a necessary condition for carrying out the purpose of processing, i.e. the process of recruitment and selection of candidates, as well as the eventual conclusion of an employment contract. You have no obligation to provide personal data, but by not providing such data, the Controller cannot complete the selection and recruitment process.
