Our customers describe their needs, we develop and deliver a solution. Due to our future ambitious plans we need a proven professional who strives for challenges in a position of a:

• Timely ordering of all materials and systematic monitoring of stock
• Tracking of placed orders and delivery dates, updating information in ERP system
• Promotion of cooperation with existing and establishing cooperation with new suppliers
• Finding a new offers / sources with the aim of providing maximum opportunities to control costs
• Closely work with the project team to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
• Meet defined saving targets
• Negotiate contracts with the approved suppliers
• Manage supplier delivery performance and claims
• Implement supplier improvement actions in coordination with the engineering and quality department
• Monitoring of the documentation and goods receipt
• Preparation of reports

• University degree, preferably technical orientation
• Approximately 3 years of experience in procurement, experience in metal sheet industry would be treated as advantage
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy, MS Office proficiency user
• Responsible and initiative person, willing to work in an international team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
